At Shoot Blank, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Below is everything you need to know about returning an item or requesting a refund.
Order Cancellation
You have 24 hours to cancel your order without giving a reason. We understand that plans can change, so you can cancel before your order is processed for delivery.
You may cancel within 24 hours from the time we receive your order or when a third party (not the carrier) takes possession of your package.
Registration, subscription, and processing fees are non-refundable. Only the product price can be refunded, following our policy.
To cancel your order, simply email us with:
- Your Shoot Blank ID
- Your First and Last Name
- The date you deposited the amount
We’ll review your request and inform you whether it qualifies for a refund.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
- You can request a refund up to 3 months after purchase.
- Refund is only applicable if the product is in its original condition and original packaging.
- Only the product price is refundable.
- The item must be in its original, undamaged condition and original packaging.
- Refund requests made after the 24-hour cancellation window for order cancellation will not be accepted.
- Registration, signup, and subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Processing fees will not be refunded once a purchase is completed.
We reserve the right to deny a return or refund if these conditions are not met. Once approved, you will be notified via email.
How Refunds Work
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used when placing the order. No additional fees will be charged.
