How do I check/track my order status?
Once you place the order, you will receive an order confirmation message on your WhatsApp number. If you would like to confirm yourself, you can also click the WhatsApp button on our website and contact us directly.
After we receive the order, we will book the parcel and send you the waybill number. You can track your delivery anytime by visiting ‘Track My Parcel’ on Bobgo.
How do I place an order?
Simply visit our website, select your products, click ‘Add to Cart’, and enter your card details at checkout. We use PayFast as our payment gateway, and the amount will be automatically fetched and processed securely
How much is delivery?
Delivery charges are R99 inside Gauteng and R125 outside Gauteng. We use The Courier Guy service for safe and reliable shipping, and the responsibility of the delivery remains with us until you receive your parcel
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days depending on your location. Most parcels are delivered within 24 hours after dispatch. Please note that couriers are closed on Sundays, so if a Sunday falls in between, delivery may take up to 3 days. We will also send you a waybill number so you can track your parcel.
Do I need a licence to buy a blank gun?
No license is required. Blank guns are non-lethal and do not fire live ammunition, so you may purchase with confidence. After your purchase, we will provide you with a digital acknowledgement slip for your records.
